Christmas in Bethlehem

Our Ward Christmas Party this year was a large Christmas in Bethlehem production. For any of you who might not have done one before they are a lot of fun. We decorate the church like the streets of Bethlehem when Christ was born. There are a lot of shops to visit like the deli, butcher, baker, dress shop, toy maker, etc. And by the end we are visited by sheperds and wise men as the Savior is born in the stable. I was in charge of designing and running the main food booth for the ward dinner. We all get to dress up in native costumes.
Grandma Bergstrom had lot of great costumes for us to borrow.

Including Trenity's authentic Beduin robes and my skirt and headress that she bought in Jerusalem.
Canyon was the best dressed baby of the evening.

Your family looks very cute all dressed up like that! It's nice to have some updates and some more pictures of Canyon - he's just getting so big! And he's got such chubby cheeks (Ben is still a little skinny when it comes to babies). Miss you guys!

Very cute. It brought flashbacks of our original Bergstrom family at one of many Christmas in Bethlehem nights. Also many Christmas Eve home pagents when we all dressed up for a nativity. (Canyon brought flashbacks of other babies in the same outfit...Baby Keith, Baby Brian, Baby Stacey)
