Harley's proudest accomplishment recently was getting baptized this year. Her dad and I gave her brand new scriptures for her birthday. I will often notice that I haven't seen Harley in a while and go looking thru the house for her. I will find her in her room reading her scriptures and marking passages.
I've been to a lot of baptisms before but there was something special about this one. Harley lead the music for the songs during the baptism and when she was standing up front I had a small "vision" in my head of her wearing another white dress someday in the temple.
Harley loves to collect anything that is ittsy bittsy. If she can shove it in her pocket, purse, backpack, or anything it must be taken home and saved in hundreds of very small boxes. Consequently we have lots of random rocks, shells, bottle caps, doodles, etc, etc, etc...even broken toy bits, or glass. I try to go through it all on occasion and throw out the broken useless stuff. Usually she doesn't even notice.
Harley also loves to be a big sister. She climbed into bed to read a story to Canyon. I don't think she finished it before she fell asleep. I don't think you can hear it in the video but she was snoring loudly as Canyon just played happily. She can fall asleep in 5 minutes every night and she ALWAYS snores loudly. I wish I could fall asleep like that...without the snoring.
